Application: Clonivo — Private Multi-Account Web Spaces Android package: com.mokaio.clonivo Developer: MokaIO Support Email: support@mokaio.store Public deletion page: https://mokaio.store/delete-account/clonivo

1. Requesting Deletion

If you created a Clonivo account, you may request deletion of that account and applicable MokaIO-controlled personal data associated with it.

Clonivo provides an in-app deletion option where supported by the current release, and a public web/contact route for users who no longer have access to the app.

2. Delete Inside Clonivo

Where available:

  1. Open Clonivo.
  2. Open the Account area.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Review the consequences.
  5. Complete any required recent-authentication/identity verification.

6. Confirm deletion.

Clonivo should not report a remote account as deleted unless the backend deletion operation actually succeeds.

3. Request Deletion Without the App

Use: https://mokaio.store/delete-account/clonivo

or email: support@mokaio.store

Suggested subject: Account Deletion Request — Clonivo

Include:

  • App: Clonivo.
  • Email associated with the Clonivo account.
  • A clear request to delete the account.

Do not include passwords, Google passwords, OTPs, access/refresh tokens, website cookies, private keys, recovery phrases, or payment-card details.

MokaIO may request reasonable identity verification to protect against unauthorized deletion.

4. Suggested Email

Subject: Account Deletion Request — Clonivo

Hello MokaIO Support,

I would like to request deletion of my Clonivo account and associated MokaIO-controlled personal data.

Clonivo account email: [enter the email used in Clonivo]

I understand that:

  • deleting my Clonivo account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription;
  • local Web Spaces may require separate local deletion;
  • deleting Clonivo does not delete accounts I have with third-party websites;
  • deleting the account may affect future restoration of account-bound paid access.

Please process my deletion request.

Thank you.

5. MokaIO-Controlled Data Covered by Deletion

Subject to the active backend implementation and legally required retention, deletion is intended to remove or de-identify applicable MokaIO-controlled account information such as:

  • Clonivo/Supabase account record.
  • MokaIO-controlled profile/account data.
  • Account-scoped Clonivo cloud metadata.
  • Supported metadata-backup records.
  • Server-side entitlement mirror/account references controlled by MokaIO.
  • Other Clonivo account-scoped records not required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute purposes.

MokaIO does not claim to delete data controlled solely by Google Play, RevenueCat, Google, Supabase, or third-party websites beyond actions available to MokaIO through those services.

6. Local Web Spaces Are Separate

Web Spaces contain local browser/profile data on your device. Depending on the app version and deletion flow, deleting the cloud account may not automatically erase every local Web Space from every device.

Local Space data can include:

  • Cookies.
  • LocalStorage/WebStorage.
  • IndexedDB.
  • Website login/session state.
  • Cached site data.
  • Site permissions.
  • Other browser-profile data.

Use Clonivo's local Space deletion/cleanup controls to remove this data.

7. Delete One Space

To remove one Space:

  1. Open Clonivo.
  2. Open/manage the Space.
  3. Choose the delete/remove action.
  4. Review what local data will be removed.

5. Confirm.

Deleting one Space should not intentionally delete another independent Space.

8. Remove All Local App Data

To remove all app-local data, use Clonivo's local cleanup controls where available.

You may also use Android: Settings → Apps → Clonivo → Storage → Clear data

or uninstall Clonivo.

Clearing app data can permanently remove Spaces, website sessions, settings, downloaded/app-owned local files, and other local information. Android/Google backup behavior can depend on device settings.

9. Third-Party Website Accounts Are Not Deleted

Deleting Clonivo does not delete accounts you have with third-party websites, such as Google, Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Microsoft, or other services.

Use each provider's own deletion process if you want to delete that external account.

10. Google Account Is Not Deleted

If you used Google Sign-In, deleting Clonivo does not delete your Google account. It concerns only Clonivo/MokaIO-controlled account information.

11. Google Play Subscription Is Separate

Important: deleting your Clonivo account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

To prevent future renewal, manage/cancel the subscription in Google Play using the Google account that made the purchase.

12. Lifetime Purchase and Restore

Paid access may be associated with both:

  • Your Google Play purchase.
  • Your authenticated Clonivo account identifier.

Because Clonivo's restore/identity design is intended to prevent paid access from leaking between unrelated accounts, deleting the original Clonivo account may affect future restoration of paid access to a newly created Clonivo account.

If you have a Lifetime purchase or active paid entitlement and need clarification, contact support before deleting the account.

13. What MokaIO Cannot Delete

MokaIO cannot directly delete information it does not control, including:

  • Third-party website accounts.
  • Content stored by third-party websites.
  • Your Google account.
  • Information another provider must retain under its own legal obligations.

You may need to contact the relevant provider separately.

14. Purchase and Transaction Records

Google Play and RevenueCat may retain transaction/subscription records under their own legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, support, and platform requirements.

MokaIO may also retain limited records where reasonably required for:

  • Legal compliance.
  • Accounting.
  • Fraud/abuse prevention.
  • Security investigations.
  • Disputes.
  • Enforcement of rights.

Where appropriate, retained records may be minimized or de-identified.

15. Deletion Timing

MokaIO does not publish one universal fixed deletion time for every category of information.

Requests are processed as reasonably necessary to verify ownership, prevent unauthorized deletion, complete backend operations, and satisfy applicable obligations.

16. After Deletion

After completed account deletion:

  • Account-scoped cloud access may be lost.
  • Metadata backup/restore may no longer be available.
  • Paid access associated with the deleted Clonivo identity may not automatically transfer to a new identity.
  • Local Web Spaces may remain until separately removed, depending on the deletion path/version.
  • Third-party website accounts remain active until you delete them with those providers.
  • Google Play renewal continues unless separately cancelled.

17. Recreating an Account

A later account may be treated as a new identity.

MokaIO does not guarantee that:

  • Old metadata can be recovered.
  • Old local Spaces will be associated with the new account.
  • An old paid entitlement can be transferred to the new Clonivo identity.

Contact support before deletion if these issues matter to you.
