Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your ShieldScan account and all associated information, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to: support@mokaio.store
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete my account"
  3. Include the email address associated with your ShieldScan account in the body of the email

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion process within 7 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Account Information – Email address, profile details, and authentication data
  • Scan History – All token and contract scan records
  • Watchlist – Saved tokens and monitored addresses
  • Alerts & Preferences – Notification settings and custom configurations
  • Usage Data – App interaction history and analytics tied to your account

Data Retention Notice

For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes, certain anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for up to 30 days after your deletion request is processed. This may include:

  • Transaction logs required for security audits
  • Anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you
  • Records required to comply with legal obligations

After this retention period, all remaining data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Important Information

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to any premium features or subscription benefits. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion to avoid any additional charges.
