Delete Your SwiftTrim Account

Account and associated data deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Deleting your SwiftTrim account removes the account and MokaIO-controlled account-linked backend data. It does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

Option 1 — Delete your account inside SwiftTrim

1. Open SwiftTrim .
2. Open Settings .
3. Go to the Account section and tap Delete account .
4. Type DELETE to confirm.
5. Choose whether you also want to clear local compression history from this device.
6. Confirm deletion.

After successful deletion, the secure SwiftTrim session is cleared and the app returns to guest mode.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

Subject: SwiftTrim Account Deletion

Include the email address used for your SwiftTrim account. For account security, we may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing deletion.

We aim to process verified email deletion requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your SwiftTrim authentication account.
• MokaIO-controlled backend subscription cache associated with your SwiftTrim user ID.
• MokaIO-controlled RevenueCat event records associated with your SwiftTrim user ID.
• Your secure local sign-in session.
• Local SwiftTrim history if you select the local-history deletion option in the app.

What is not automatically deleted

• Your videos and audio files. They are stored on your device and remain under your control.
• Google Play subscriptions. Account deletion does not cancel recurring billing. Cancel subscriptions separately through Google Play.
• Records retained by Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment/service providers where those providers retain transaction or security information under their own policies or legal obligations.
• Information MokaIO is legally required to retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or other lawful compliance purposes, if applicable.

Deleting local media

SwiftTrim does not remotely control files stored in your device media library. Delete source videos, audio, or exported files through Android or your preferred file/gallery application if you also want those files removed.
