Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SwiftTrim (Android package com.mokaio.swifttrim ), provided by MokaIO . By using SwiftTrim, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What SwiftTrim provides

SwiftTrim is an Android video utility that can provide on-device video compression, enhancement, editing, audio controls, previews, and export workflows. Features, supported codecs, performance, and output capabilities may vary by Android version, device hardware, source media, and app version.

2. Your media and content

You retain ownership of videos, audio, and other content you use with SwiftTrim. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to edit, process, export, or share that content.

SwiftTrim does not claim ownership of your media. Media processing is designed to occur locally on your device.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use SwiftTrim to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute unlawful content, interfere with the app or its services, bypass access controls, abuse purchase systems, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or backend systems.

4. Accounts

Some features may use a SwiftTrim account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and should contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Free and Pro features

SwiftTrim may provide free features and optional Pro features. Feature availability, limits, supported output resolutions, and plan benefits may change as the product evolves. The purchase screen shown in the app and Google Play is the authoritative description of the offer available to you at the time of purchase.

6. Purchases, subscriptions, and lifetime access

• Purchases are processed by Google Play and entitlement status may be managed through RevenueCat.
• If a recurring subscription is offered, billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment management are handled through Google Play under the terms displayed at purchase.
• Deleting your SwiftTrim account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring subscriptions in Google Play.
• If a lifetime purchase is offered, it means a one-time purchase for the applicable SwiftTrim Pro entitlement for the lifetime of SwiftTrim as a supported product. It does not guarantee that third-party platforms, operating systems, stores, or external services will remain available indefinitely.
• Refunds and payment disputes are subject to Google Play policies and applicable consumer law.

7. Video processing and output

Video results depend on the source file, codec, resolution, bitrate, selected settings, device encoders/decoders, available storage, battery state, and Android implementation. Compression can reduce visual quality; enhancement can increase file size, processing time, battery use, or heat; and certain formats or effects may not be supported on every device.

You should keep an original copy of important media. SwiftTrim is not a backup service.

8. Local processing and device resources

Media processing may use significant CPU/GPU resources, battery, storage, and time. Android or device manufacturers may stop background work under certain conditions. MokaIO is not responsible for device-specific restrictions outside SwiftTrim’s reasonable control.

9. Updates and compatibility

We may update SwiftTrim to add features, improve security, fix bugs, or maintain compatibility with Android, Google Play, billing systems, codecs, and third-party services. Some changes may alter or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

10. Third-party services

SwiftTrim may rely on third-party services such as Supabase, Google Identity, Google Play, and RevenueCat for authentication, distribution, billing, and entitlement management. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwiftTrim is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every source file, codec, device, export, or processing operation will work without interruption or error, or that a selected compression target will always produce an exact file size or quality outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MokaIO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of media, data, profits, or business arising from use of SwiftTrim. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Account termination and deletion

You may stop using SwiftTrim at any time. You can request permanent account deletion from the in-app Settings area or by contacting support@mokaio.store (support@mokaio.store?subject=SwiftTrim%20Account%20Deletion) . Account deletion is separate from Google Play subscription cancellation.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the product, legal requirements, or third-party platform requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, where appropriate, by notice in the app or through another reasonable channel.

15. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region. Disputes should first be raised with MokaIO so we can try to resolve them in good faith.
