• Subscription fees, billing periods, and payment terms will be disclosed before you complete your purchase
• Subscriptions are processed through the platform's payment system (such as the App Store or Google Play)
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing and features. Any changes to your subscription will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the changes take effect.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA, ANALYSIS, OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOKAIO, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MokaIO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the app. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We may also notify you through the app or via email.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and MokaIO regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
