For faster troubleshooting, include your device model, Android version, CodeTutor app version, a short description of what happened, and a screenshot if useful.

Never send us your password, Google password, API keys, private keys, access tokens, recovery codes, or payment-card number.

Common topics

For email confirmation, password reset, Google sign-in, or session problems, tell us the exact error shown and whether you used email/password or Google.

If an analysis fails or looks wrong, send a minimal non-confidential example and the selected programming language. Do not send secrets or proprietary code you cannot share.

For Pro/Enterprise access, include the plan name and purchase date if known. Do not send payment-card details. Purchases are processed by Google Play.

If saved analyses or favorites are missing, tell us whether you changed accounts, reinstalled the app, or changed plans.

For privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us from the email associated with your CodeTutor account where possible.

Describe what you expected, what actually happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Screenshots are helpful; secrets are not.

Subscription help

Android purchases and renewals are handled by Google Play. Cancelling or uninstalling the app does not automatically create a refund, and deleting your CodeTutor account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.

Account deletion

If you want to permanently delete your CodeTutor account and associated data, follow the instructions on our dedicated deletion page. A permanent deletion request is different from simply uninstalling the app.

If you believe you found a security or privacy vulnerability affecting CodeTutor AI, email fortajroba@gmail.com (fortajroba@gmail.com?subject=CodeTutor%20AI%20Security%20Report) with a clear description and reproducible steps. Please do not access other users' data or perform destructive testing.
