This page explains how to get help with FileHub.
How to contact support
For FileHub support, use the developer contact information displayed on the official FileHub Google Play listing or the contact channel provided on the MokaIO website.
Website: https://mokaio.store
Before contacting support
To help us investigate efficiently, please include:
- Your FileHub app version.
- Your Android version and device model.
- A short description of the problem and the steps that cause it.
- The file type involved, such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX, ZIP, image, audio, or video.
- A screenshot of the error if available.
- Whether the file was opened from inside FileHub or through Android's "Open with" flow.
Please do not send passwords, BYOK API keys, private access tokens, or confidential documents unless they are absolutely necessary and you understand the risk.
File opening and editing
FileHub supports many file types, but behavior may vary depending on file structure, encryption method, corruption, Android storage permissions, and third-party format differences. If a specific file fails, report the extension and the exact error shown by FileHub.
Saving files
FileHub may keep a working copy inside app storage. When you choose to save or export to Android storage, use the Android document picker to select the destination and filename. Files saved to public/user-selected storage should then be visible in your phone's Files app.
OCR support
Local OCR works on-device. AI OCR requires an internet connection. BYOK OCR requires a valid API key for the provider you select. OCR accuracy depends on language, image quality, resolution, rotation, handwriting, and document layout.
Subscriptions and billing
FileHub purchases are processed through Google Play. For billing, payment-method, cancellation, or refund questions, use Google Play's subscription and purchase-management tools. FileHub support can help investigate entitlement or access issues after a valid purchase.
Account and privacy
For privacy information, see the FileHub Privacy Policy. To permanently delete your FileHub account and associated server-side account data, see the FileHub Delete Account page.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security issue, contact the developer through the official support contact shown on the Google Play listing and clearly mark the report as a security issue. Do not publicly disclose sensitive exploit details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Response times
Support requests are reviewed as reasonably possible. Response time can vary depending on issue complexity, volume, weekends, and holidays.
